Privacy policy

The customer’s personal data will be used by Lavinia Scafi who is the data controller for the processing, in compliance with the principles of protection of personal data established by the GDPR Regulation 2016/679 and national legislation in force.

Methods and purposes of the data processed

The customer’s data will be processed in a mixed, electronic and paper mode and with the following purposes:
• Customer management (registration, order proposals, contracts, orders, shipments and invoices);
• Supply of contract products.

Target groups

Without prejudice to communications made in compliance with legal and contractual obligations, all the data collected and processed may be communicated exclusively for the purposes specified above to the parties involved in the various processes of management of order proposals and contracts.

Conservation period and structures

Customer data will be processed for as long as necessary for the conduct of the existing business relationship and for the next ten years from the date of acquisition of the same. They will also be stored in the company CED Computer System and in the appropriate folders and archive areas in the corporate headquarters.

Rights of the data subject

The customer may, according to the methods and within the limits provided by current legislation, exercise the following rights:

  • Request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you (right of access of the interested party - art. 15 of Regulation 679/2016);to know its origin; to receive intelligible communication.
  • Have information about the logic, methods and purposes of processing.
  • Request the updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of law, including those no longer necessary for the pursuit of the purposes for which they were collected (right of rectification and cancellation - art. 16 and 17 of Regulation 679/2016).
  • Limitation and/or opposition to the processing of data concerning him (art. 18 of Regulation 679/2016).
  • Right of revocation.
  • Right to data portability (art. 20 of Regulation 679/2016).
  • In cases of processing based on consent, the customer has the right to receive their data provided to the data controller, in a structured and readable form by a data processor and in a format commonly used by an electronic device.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (right of access of the data subject - art. 15 of Regulation 679/2016).
