Caccia al Tesoro Romano

Roman Treasure Hunt

Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of organizing a one-of-a-kind Treasure Hunt, a real journey through time that took participants from ancient Rome to the present day. The eternal city was the backdrop to an adventure full of riddles, fun tests and lots of creativity.

Participants faced challenging challenges: they had to crawl on the ground to overcome an obstacle, write a poem to celebrate the beauty of Paolina Borghese, and answer a “quizzone” about the Etruscans, showing their knowledge of this ancient civilization. Other challenges included creating a sword to challenge Pasquino to a duel, and taking “emo” photos in iconic locations. There was also a choir singing slogans against the Dutch ultras who ruined the Barcaccia.

Each activity was linked to specific places depicted in my illustrations, making the experience not only interactive but also visually engaging. At the end of this fascinating journey, participants had to find Marforio, a historical statue that represents a symbol of Rome.

The winning team received as a prize an unpublished illustration made especially for hunting, some postcards by Er Romano and, to everyone's delight, a golden cat, the traditional prize of Bomansa Studio, which took care of the logistics of the game.

A special moment was when a passerby, fascinated by the enthusiasm of the group, decided to join one of the teams, bringing additional energy and fun to the adventure.

The treasure hunt was not only a way to explore the history of Rome, but also to create bonds between people and rediscover the beauty of our city in a fun and original way. I can't wait to organize the next event and continue to make everyone experience the enchantment of Rome!
